Can someone help me identify these please? Is this flatworms in my sump? And what are the white things popping up everywhere?

The white dots look like they are tiny vermetaid snails to me. My camera is messed up on iPhone e so trying to get better pics

I also see something with a V shaped tail end. Could be planaria. White specs on glass are most likely filter feeding worms. That's their shell
