ID please

Before I nuke this guy that's growing on my glass I'd like to get an ID. I currently have 3 of them growing and they've appeared in the 24 hours since I cleaned the glass yesterday afternoon.

Hydroid jellyfish. Mostly not a problem unless you have seahorses. They will usually just disappear as fast as they showed up.
