Guys is this cyano or diatoms?

I did a big w/c, my no3 was 50ppm, now is 5ppm. The tank has alot of flow and other parameters are fine.

I have a rodi station and my tds is always in zero

Usually when there is no light they dissapear but when lights go on they appear again, its like a stringy algae and kind of cooper/redish color

i've had my reef tank with fish and corals for a year.

Start of cyano and typical for a newer tank. Light reduction does help, phos resin remover and even Chemi-clean works well+

My nitrate was above 50ppm thats is why I did a huge w/c and bring it down to 5ppm, does it gonna fix the cyano problem? My tank is not new, I have it for a year already.

It will help. Over water changes, focus on siphoning the cyano.
