ID Please

Does anybody recognize whats growing on my rock? About 1/4 inch long, patch about 2 inches wide, brushes off easy and does not retract like aiptasia. I was thinking maybe hydroids but I've had no experience with those and it doesn't look exactly like the pictures I've seen. It's only in the dark spots where my flow doesn't reach well.
