Hello! This is my first time with saltwater (setting up a Fowlr that will only house a lionfish) and I bought some live rock from a LFS.
I couldnt figure out what these two hitchhikers are, so any help is appreciated!

The ball anemone opened up more. Im having trouble finding info, are these good or bad in a fowlr?
