ID please!

This came with my tank on a frag plug and hasn't really grown or moved in the month I've had it but now it seems to be tightening or shriveling up and it's about to come off the plug. I don't have a clue what it is so I can't properly research it.
P.s. it loves reef roids

A very bleached richordea mushroom or small nem. Whichever one it is not happy.

Thank you. This tank (BioCube 32) came with two very bleached RBTAs that I've been rehabbing but I haven't paid much mind to the ricordea. I've recently put Steve's LEDs on and have been ramping the lights up a bit daily. My bubble tips are loving it but the ricordea is starting to react negatively.
