Are these bristle worms or the fire worms?
And what are these guys they almost look like little shrimp but with like claws in the front?

And the consensus is that bristles are good for tank? I mean it was from my 12 gallon tank that has I’d say a lot I see some every night and no corals look affected

The only consensus in reefing is that there should be salt in the water...lol.

Normally I don't advocate removal of bristleworms, but in a tank your size it wouldn't hurt to remove one every once in awhile.
