I’m not sure what this even is. Just noticed it today. Doesn’t appear to be physically moving, the hairs are swaying in the current though. All rock was caribsea life rock dry rock. Thanks in advance

It was answered, hydroids and they are bad. Cover them in kalk paste or manually remove them outside of the tank.
