Hi!

Is this dino, diatoms or cyano (or a mixture) on my digitata? It disappears at night & comes back during the day, the worse the more white I add to the light.

It’s always hard to tell for sure, but that looks like cyano.
 
I see both cyano and dino
Will diminish with lights off and remedy is to do a 3-5 day blackout ( NO LIGHTS). You can turn off whites and run 10% blue.
At night, dose 1ml of hydrogen peroxide per 10 gallons and liquid bacteria such as bacter7 during the day for 3-5 days.. this should vanish. Each day loosen this up with a turkey baster and net it or force to the sump
