The white round things showed up on the rock work. Any clue what these are?

Hard to tell but maybe a sponge? If it’s a sponge they are ok to leave in the tank. A lot of reefers use the presence of sponges to tell if tank is healthy. Im NOT convinced that’s a sure way to tell if a tank is healthy but at least it’s “healthy enough” to support sponges. Lol.
