yes it moves and when i reach to grab him he was tryint to getaway fairly fast lol

You may want to take it out or at least banish it to the sump until we can identify it. Better safe than sorry.
 
So figured it out
It was a stomatella snail,

it was late night and it was passing through my toadstool, so freaked thinking it was munching on the base, so i went and grabed it and removed it, but while i was doing it he held on to the rock so i had to pinch it and yank it out of the rock, during that time i believe i decapitated it. Cause later found the head with the little shell on top of it and removed it. Pffffff love to know what it was hate that would of been flatworm. I normally QT, dip, inspect so i was mad at myself but it worked out.
