Please ID if this is anything that needs treating. Added a new fish 48hours ago and now my white clown has got a few black spots on the top of his head. He looks dirty if that makes sense?

Could it be hypermelanization?

Could be hypermelanization but the spots are usually fewer and larger.
Or
Could be Black Ich which usually are many and smaller dots.
