Don't spaghetti worms have more translucent tentacles then brown ones? Sorry, the best answer I can give is a bacterial infection, maybe dip it in revive and if anything comes off, solve it then.

I think they can have either, i have a couple of orange ones, they dont bother anything but their not near anything
