Can anyone ID this little guy? It almost looks like one of the arms from a small starfish

This is how they reproduce. They break off a leg and grow it back while the broken leg becomes a star and then they break a leg and so forth. I do not welcome or trust these guys especially after they literally ate 1 1/2 of my zoa colonies !!

This is the first time I've seen one in my tank and my tank is about a year old. I'll just flush him down the toilet LOL
