ID please

This came off a frag i traded for, I wanted to id to see if it was something dangerous that would require longer dips or more cleaning. This is under 40X magnification, its about the size of a medium pod.

Im thinking possible Isopod but so much white. Can you place it against a dark bottom ?

sphaeromatid isopods or Sand Skaters, harmless

Actually I had some sand skaters which are classified pods and this may be them (good call Crabs). If you can view them from the side, their shell raises up like a pyramid. They are herbivores and grazers.
