I’ve gotten a couple of different answers on this one. It’s very small the bottom pic is the back of a business card and the top pic is zoomed in

Looks like a limpet to me. Just a small snail, it's harmless.

Another possibility is a stomatella snail. Again, harmless.

I dont think stomatella because it looks like it has a segmented shell/plates, more like a limpet or chiton but it doesnt have the big foot thing around the shell (mantle?) like most chitons do.

KJ correct on Chiton. Very similar to limpet but has the 7 stages of shell on top allowing it to fold when threatened
