I google the sundial snail and they did not looked like them !! sundial is colored in black strips but this not .. i am not sure if the are looks like

Solariella

That is not a Sundial snail. This is (pictured below). Your snails are either baby Turbo of just some harmless herbivores. Trocus and Turbo reproduce in my tank.

Is there are any type of fish that can eat them and be reef safe ?

They are lot and every where maybe this is the mother i have 3 snails big ones same type i think i got them from red sea always cleaning the acrylic walls ... If you looks at the pictures they are those small dots in the rocks and near tank walls and bottom

They are fine. Some of the wrasse eat them my harlequin Tusk designated them but these are large wrasse.
Melanurus wrasse also eat them. They will be fine no treatment or control needed

I am sure i can get 6 line wrasse or 8 line wrasse or any red sea wrasse because i am from Egypt and so close to the red sea so i could pickup one or two wrasse's

There are tons of small snails reproduce in my tank. The one pay attention to and find out names are a little larger. Stomatella, Collonista, Strombus, Turbo, Trocus, chiton and limpet. I see a lot of snails that look like tiny turbo too and they are harmless
