ID please

All I can see in the video is white stringy things. This is usually bacterial in nature. I want to say it’s called white slime. Usually common in newer tanks with dry rock or with carbon dosing. UV filter and/or patience will help.
 
Can you take a longer video that stays focused on one spot? I’m having a hard time seeing them.

I have asked in a few groups I’m in and every one seems to think bacteria. I have a UV sterilizer so part of battle won there. Think I should turn off lights for a few days and cut down on the Red Sea coral food I’ve been dosing?
