Buddy of mine is fighting a losing battle. DinoX did not work. Was going to recommend the course of action @vetteguy53081 (thanks again) previously recommend to help me with my problem. Just wanted to make sure that was the right path.
Blackout, H2O2 dosing, water change, bottled bacteria and a slow return of lightning.
