Yes not really close so to get a true positive ID would take capturing on and getting a close up but they look like amphipods crawling all over the rock work. If you have fish they will be fish food and they are part of CUC but they can get out of hand if there are no predator's in the tank.

If I want to see them at night I use a red light to get good viewing.
