Not sure if I am spelling it right but they look like rhodactis mushrooms they come in a rainbow of colours

Are these bubbles similar to a bounce mushroom? Will they stay or go away? Good or bad? Haha the mushroom was small when I got it so I'm not sure if they are new or not
