Went to the tank with a flashlight to see if any of my corals had been knocked over by the snails and noticed this on the glass. I pulled it out just to be safe and inspected all of the glass. There aren't any others on the glass but I would assume there have to be some hidden in the rocks or sand because it was only about 1/16" diameter and would be super hard to spot.
The tank is only 2 months old with 3 soft corals, a fire shrimp, and some clean up crew. I started the tank with "live rock" and "live sand" from my lfs. After I pulled this thing out I put it in a glass with a light under it to inspect it some more and I watched it swim around like a jellyfish.
