does anyone know what creature is being expelled by my paly?

please help? Is this somewhat dangerous ? What should I do?

I forget exactly what it is but it's "normal." My zoas expel this in my tank when they get messed with. I think it's their waste.

Yep it’s waste! Pretty much all of the coral in my tank do it. They typically close up for a few hours during the process then open back up like normal
