ID please

Just dipped a frag and this hopped off. Never seen one before. Can someone help with an ID please?

I think it's a flatworm. Best to kill them all as they can get invasive.

Will dipping work or should I discard the frag?

Dipping should work, but maybe a stronger dip for longer? I'll be honest I've never had much luck killing them but I've heard it works, so maybe wait for more replies on that. And if they ever get into your tank, Flatworm Exit is supposed to work very well, even in reef tanks.
