ID please!

I hope you can see this video. What are these little bugs inside my QT? They appeared before my goby died of some bacterial or fungal infection. I don’t see them in there anymore. I’m still new at having a QT and still have lots to learn. I don’t have any live rock in there, but made the mistake of putting live sand in there. I want to take it out, but wasn’t sure if I can clean it somehow to put in my display tank. I also realized after the fact that I don’t have to quarantine new inverts. ‍
