Seeing a few of these on my glass around my copepods. Good or bad? What are they?

Medusa Cnidaria or Aiptasia. Could be either... or both.

Wish I could get a better picture. I was searching google and almost looks like a picture of a hydroid. Are these good or bad? Tank is 4 months old

Yes - 4 months old

So yes most likely hydroids. They are typically harmless hitchhikers that will die off as the tank matures.

Common in new tanks. They will go away on their own.
