Hard to tell on my phone but it looks like a dead trachyphyllia skeleton that is reproducing by budding anthocauli. Is that in your tank?

yea, it's in my tank.. The skeleton already had the tan corals on it and now the green ones are growing.

Wow! Hang onto that one. I'm almost 100% sure that that skeleton is a dead Trachyphyllia. The skeleton can decalcify and form new "babies". It's common in plate corals but I've only heard one instance of trachyphyllias doing it. You could potentially end up with a ton of baby brain corals.
