Hello,

We are fairly new to Saltwater. Got out 90 Gallon in August. We have purchased everything from the same small business. These have recently started popping up all over the live rock. What are they and are they dangerous the the reef?

Agreed with sponges - I can't tell for sure with the angle of the pic, but I'd suspect pineapple sponges, as they are quite common in newer tanks. Either way, sponges are harmless filter feeders.
