what's the best way to remove that sucker? i dipped the monti in coral dip and hydrogen peroxide and the aiptasia looks to still be there - it's burled in a hole within the monti's skeletal structure. should i just toss the coral - small piece i didn't pay much for.

Kalk paste, applied carefully and thoroughly. Do a little research on the cautions for use and it's a bit of a wonder substance in the reef world.

i'm going to epoxy shut the hole he lives in. if that doesn't work i'll check out that kalk paste

You don't want it to die inside the Monti that could cause an infection

Fill a syringe with boiling water and spray him with it
