ID plz? Not sure what it is

Hello today I noticed some like white slime looking stuff on my rock.
I have 2 clowns
Six line
Royal gramma
Goby

nassarius snails
Cerith
Hermits
Urchin

anyone have any idea what this is?

i'm not actually sure he hides at lights out. Usually goes behind the rocks. maybe he moved there during the night?

the wrasse as a little like smooth white spot on his side. would that be from the mucus cocoon? He doesn't show any weird behavior

ye it is blowing around. seems like its slowly trying to cvome off the rock. Does look like jelly kinda its like a web looking idk lol. I guess it is a mucus from the wrasse thanks for the help
