I got this fish from a friend. He call it clean wrasse but I don't think it are clean wrasse or dorttybacks

Secound fish is wrasse but what kind ? I google it nothing come out

it have blue strips lines the can can't cacth thanks for the help.

1st Image: Could be a dottyback, goby, or cleaner wrasse. Does it clean your fish? If yes, it is a cleaner fish which narrows it down and eliminates dottyback.
2nd Image: Puddingwife wrasse
 
First one it not clean wrasse and not dorttybacks

Fish 1, Malacanthus latovittatus, blue blanquillio.

Fish 2, Halichoeres radiatus, puddingwife wrasse.
