What is this? Aptasia maybe? The little white dots look like there on the end of the tentacles maybe? It's on the plug with my zoa!

Likely a Jewel anemone. Colonial anemone similar to aiptasia, but (imo) more attractive and much less invasive.

Do I need to get rid of it? Can I inject it with lemon juice like I do aptasia?

Some people keep them around, but they will spread and sting stuff. Lemon on kalk should do the trick
