First picture looks like it might be Kenya tree? The second looks like majano anemones(bad) mixed in with Xenia

I believe it's Majano mixed with green star polyps. Majano can become invasive, some hobbyist have had to tear down the tank to get rid of them.
I am not sure which coral you need ID'd in the first image, I see Green Palythoia and soft coral, could be Kenya Tree.
