Id plz!

Is this a type of cyano. Every time I vacuum it it spreads. What can I do about it? Thanks in advance!

Wierd but my yellow tang loves this stuff. For 2 days I’ve watched him pick at this stuff. His mouth is green where he has it all over him. Lol!
