Definitely looks like a type of snail I had. There were a couple of them in my tank right after I added the mexican turbo snails.
Not sure what happened to them or if they see even still alive in the tank. I have not seen them in a couple months now

In this case they are harmless from my understanding.
I believe they are the collonista snails as stated before.
Can do a Google search on them to find out all about them.
