Id? Potential pest?

I hope these upload but can anyone id what this is im looking at its on a green stlyo and the thing in question appears to be a red mound with holes hopefully pic can upload could find reading about should i scrape it off?

Looks like a vermitid snail, and yes it should be scraped off if you can, or seal the holes with superglue gel to keep it from reproducing and irritating your corals.
 
Any chance of getting a shot with white lights on? Having a hard time identifying it. A red mound with holes in it sounds to me like a sponge of some sort but I can't see it, my apologies.

I think your right i looked those up i have covered them with reef epoxy will be ugly for a while but oh well !
