Can anyone tell me what this is on my Sailfin Tangs eye. He was eating well then I noticed it was like he could not see very good. Next day he seemed to be hiding behind the rocks. I could chase him out and he'll eat but he seems to just sit in one spot. I notice nothing else wrong. No white spots, no scratching on rocks and fins look good. No hole in head and eyes do not seem to be protruding out. Here are a few photos. Only asking what this may be. Currently I'm treating it as if it were flukes. Please save all the QT questions for later this is only an attempt to try to ID the problem and get a treatment. Thanks for looking.

I got the pictures but it's hard to tell, is the spot you're concerened about on the corneal tissue or is it within the eye capsule and then seen through the lens? Has it moved? Has it improved?

I have a yellow tang with a similar issue-- cloudy eyes, I think he's having problems seeing and he is not eating. Can anyone tell me what's wrong? Thanks.
