ID Request Please

These white/grey growths are all over my drain pipes in the overflow box and all over the return chamber in my sump. There are also a few in the DT on the powerheads, etc... They don't move at all. I was wondering if they were small sponges? Hopefully nothing harmful.

The tank is just about 3 months post - cycle.

I'm wondering if they are small off- spring to this that I find growing on a rock...I was assuming this to be a sponge, correct?

Pineapple sponges. Cool. Filter feeders. They will go away when their food supply is exhausted.

Pineapple sponges, harmless. The numbers will die back as a tank ages typically.
