I did a water change yesterday and noticed these bubbles all over today. Any ideas. Only recent additions have been snails, etc from reef cleaners. Bubble algae of some type? Snail eggs? Should I do anything for them or will it resolve with time? Thanks!

Looks like gas bubbles from the algae... possibly cyano.

If it is cyano, then that typically arises when nutrients are out of balance. You might want to check your nitrates and phosphates.
