ID Required Please - Possible Macro Algae

So I was breaking down my little Cube to transfer into my main tank and pulled out this rock that had had some growth, not entirely sure what it is and whether any of you could provide an ID or at least point me in the right direction!!

Apologies for the Quick Phone Photo's, was in a rush to leave work this morning once I had noticed it

Looks like it might be fanworm tubes. Mini feather dusters. Colonial type....

Looking at the ends, I think you may be right
