Looks more like a pencil urchin to me.

I think you’re right. I hadn’t seen pencil urchins but i looked them up. LiveAquaria says they’re not reef compatible. Has anyone else here had one of these things? This one came in on some live rock I got. Don’t know what to do with him if he’s gonna eat coral lol.

I haven't had one - post the question under the invertebrate forum and you're more likely to get answers.
As far as what to do - find a local reef club or reef specialty store and sell/ trade/ donate her. Someone with a FOWLR tank may be happy to have her.
