The pictures dont show it but the green ones have an orange dot in the center so I dont think its dragon eye

Yeah, that's why I mentioned morph, there's a lot of green one with those characteristics that are not necessarily named. Its probably going to be difficult to get a more exact id beyond that... might be a green bay packer morph.
