Unfortunately all i have is my iphone to take a picture with. Anything i take comes out with too much blue

You can't turn up the white lights/turn down the blue? Is all you have over it blue?

Orange or yellow clear plastic will help if it's thin enough to shoot through.

Ill have to give that a try. Im running hydra hd's over them but the whites are only at %25

Oh yeah, just turn the kelvin to like 14k or 10k and take the pic then revert your settings. That'll work for sure.

Thanks! Turning the whites up really helped. Ive only had it a few weeks so its sround the size it was when i got it. Its doing great but the lfs only had it as green acropora and im sure it has a different name than that in the vast world of acros lol just curious

Ah ok. Was it mounted or on its side at the store?

It's structure doesn't look like verticals growth. It looks like a tabling acro.

Your right now that im looking at it closer. Its definitely growing outwards more

Yeah. It'll adapt over time. I would say A. aculeus, or cerealis but really hard to say until it gets to it.

If you can remount it the way it looks like it's traveling out it'll probably do better. Looks like the left side in your pic that's hidden is the true "bottom" or underside. Everything else kind of scoops up off of it.

Okay. I had planned to mount it in a different spot but hadnt realized i ran out of glue but ive got the perfect place for it. Thanks for all the help!
