ID this algae

I have been having a problem with this algae and I need it GONE!! If you can tell me what this is and how to get rid of it would be very appreciated.

I would say it’s cyno bacteria, how long do you have your lights on each day and at what % are your blue and whites at ..?
But for a second opinion let’s get #reefsquad in
 
looks like cyano to me. Shorten your light cycle and cut back on feeding. How old is the tank? I’ve found that it cycles out over time, at least in my tanks. Be sure you’re not over dosing additives and not over feeding.
 
Thats cyano bacteria, remove a layer of sand if you have to and suck up as much as you can. It grows in slow flow area usually behind the rock and the sand so adding a powerhead will help. Make sure your not overfeeding and turkey baster every few days when you see it come back really helps it from taking over
