Got this Frag a few days ago the big red was damaged so it was really cheap but I noticed the yellow and green specs on the side and grabbed as I knew I had something worth waiting for.

Any ideas what name it would have? I can see yellow orange pink and purple in it and maybe red.

That would be considered an ultra, we will have to see though once it’s bigger. 3 colors super 4 colors ultra 5 colors master

Thanks for the vote of confidence! I think it’s going be a beauty already has three heads brought it home with two green specs on the side. The red one on the side is bright red with orange center.

How would the two end up together different colors

I had searched the Frag tank I got it from to see if I saw the mother but did not.

I don’t even think the lfs really saw the specs on the side.

Sometimes it takes months for it’s full colors to come out. It needs really good spectrum lights, proper trace elements, mysis feedings, stability. The acans you see that are browned out are usually bad spectrum or people feeding pellet foods and reef roids with no mysis target fed to the lps in the tank.
I can usually get 3 sometimes 4 colors out of like $10 acans with some tlc and a few months.

hoping the babies from post have a lot of yellow to add to top of all of them. We shall see in a month or two. Going to start target feeding more now since I do think I have a nice one and the others are doing well.
