I just saw this critter hanging on the glass. What is it? Should I get rid of it? and How?

Looks like a cucumber or Medusa Worm. I would not remove it.

ok! It detached from the glass and it is floating all over the place now. I will let it be and see where it ends up.
Btw, how do they end up in someone's tank? I have not done anything to the tank in a week and it just showed up.

Did you use liverock and what did you add

Used one live rock and added four frags in a period of 3 months. The last thing added was the Duncan and two corals that I don't remember the name.

Prob came off the corals or rock.
