Just bought this guy and I want to know info about him, any help is great!

Harlequin or orange spotted filefish. It is an obligate coralivore and is fairly difficult to keep. Do you keep acropora? If not, try getting a dead acro skeleton, make a paste of mysis shrimp and fresh seafood, spread it on the skeleton, and hpe it learns to eat.
 
Yes they're pretty difficult to keep as said. You will need a very established tank, good parameters, and a lot of luck.

We had a club member who had a pair that he trained to eat pellets. That is certainly the exception as the orange spotted file fish is on pretty much everyone's fish to be avoided list. Good luck
