Looks like a Kenya Tree
Very easy to grow and can actually take over your tank if you aren't careful.

The bigger issue here is the plug that it's on. It's covered in green hair algae. This algae is a highly invasive pest and difficult to get rid of once it takes hold in your tank. Ditch that plug if you are able to. Otherwise, try and remove every piece of that algae with a scalpel or similar instrument. May want to follow up using hydrogen peroxide on it.

The first pic looks exactly like my Kenya Tree. It started growing w/in a week of puting in my tank.
