Hello everyone, any ideas on what is this thing? Friend or foe? Appeared on my glass after lights dimmed, white slug looking thing and def alive moving around

Some type of flatworm. It's probably best to take it out.

Well just in case someone come across with this post in the future, yes it was a -not good- flatworm and was annoying one of my torches, now I’ll have to be on the lookout for more and dip my frags
