If it is almost White and even throughout it is not that common. We have a frag similar one ORA maricultured from LiveAquaria.
Greenish with a brown background is pretty common. Greenish with a white background is less common and stands out more.
To me that looks like one of the less common ones.
Our ORA frag from the maricultured section of LiveAquaria was $50.
It is about 1.5" tall.

Lol, or it could be a bright neon green Kenya tree. Similarly less common but not unobtainable.
